Introduction: This License Agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities of users ("Subscribers") regarding the use and resale of digital templates provided by SproutViral.com ("Website"), operated by INFOGRATO LLC ("Company"). These terms apply to all Subscribers and are in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of the Website.
Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and resell digital templates obtained from the Website, subject to the terms of their active subscription plan.
Subscribers are authorized to resell templates in up to five registered stores.
2.1. Subscribers may modify, brand, and resell the templates as part of their products to end users.
2.2. The resale of templates is limited to the registered stores as per the specific plan.
3.1. Subscribers may not replicate or mirror SproutViral’s business model or resell the templates’ rights to another reseller.
3.2. The templates cannot be used to create a competing service against SproutViral.
4.1. The license is valid as long as the Subscriber’s account remains active and in good standing.
4.2. Upon cancellation or suspension of the subscription, the license to resell templates is revoked immediately.
5.1. Subscribers are required to register the URLs of their stores and comply with all the reselling terms.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to monitor online platforms to ensure compliance with these terms.
6.1. The Company may revise the licensing terms from time to time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
By subscribing to SproutViral and using the digital templates, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this License Agreement.
